Kansas Green Schools Program

Through a partnership with the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, the Kansas Green Schools Program was established in 2008. Through Kansas Green Schools, teachers, administrators, students and parents can:

Network with other green schools in Kansas
Apply for grant funding to support efforts to green your school while greening your curriculum
Find resources for your green school efforts
Learn about training and conference opportunities for professional development
Apply for a designation as an official "Kansas Green School" ( COMING SOON!)
Find local partners to work with your school on your green efforts
