Cost and Benefits of Reusable Food Ware in Schools: A Case Study

Two Minnetonka middle schools received a grant to move to reusable food ware and improve their cafeteria waste sorting stations. This case study reviews the goals of the project, how to make a change, the results (first year, and estimated over three years), and reflections after a two-year trial period.
